How do we reach the unreachable?
[I should note upfront: no, that title isn't a reference to those teeth way in the back of your mouth that your toothbrush can't get to.]
I'm just finishing up a chat with Cheryl Spiller, the president of Columbia dental hygienist group. She's telling me that the 20 percent of the population that most needs dental care has 80 percent of the problems. And even worse: these 20 percent aren't Internet users, she says.

Those are amazing numbers, Dan. An entrepreneurial librarian told me today that Missourians are notorious for not having adequate dental care. She also mentioned that part of the problem might be that there aren't enough schools of dentistry in MO.
