What strengths/expertise do you have to offer?
My skills are based around content production, social media and helping others learn Web tools to better produce content and interact with readers.
What kind of help/insight do you hope to get from this community?
I want to start a news organization. I hope to find help with creating and making it work.
I think we should use the RJI Collaboratory incubator to develop:
Business assessment tools for local Web news sites, "How-To" handbook, Backgrounder on web advertising, Systems to match ads to relevant news content, News apps and widgets, Ways to send mobile alerts via content management systems, Twitter as tool for news sites to channel local business, Clearinghouse of experts to help launch new services
